Sally K. Johnson, 70, of Williams Bay died Feb. 7, 2013. She was born Feb. 25, 1942, in Milwaukee. to Arvid and Bernice (Christianson) Thompson. She married John Alfred Johnson Sept. 24, 1966.
She was a clinical nurse for many years.
She was a member of the Williams Bay Lutheran Church where she was very active. She was also active in the community, Questors and Sweet Adelines.
She was a past member of the Williams Bay Village Board.
Survivors include her husband; daughter Kimberly (Jake) Polyock; and grandson, Nathan, all of Walworth.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 18, 2013, at Williams Bay Lutheran Church, 11 Collie St. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Friday, May 17, at Toyton Funeral Home, 328 Kenosha Street, Walworth and one hour prior to the service Saturday at the church.
Memorials may be made to the family.
