Duane A. Kosin, 60, Elkhorn, died Jan. 26 at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center, Elkhorn.
Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Jan. 30 at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Delavan with the Rev. Robert P. Rickman officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to service at the church on Wednesday. Burial will be at Florial Lawns Cemetery in South Beloit, Ill.
