Thomas C. Anderson Sr., 76, Delavan, died Jan. 8, 2013 at the Three Oaks Assisted Living Center in Cary, Ill. He was born Dec. 1, 1936 in Chicago to the late Alvin and Irene (Cartier) Anderson. He was a self-employed businessperson specializing in the manufacturing industry. He attended St. Benedict’s Catholic Church in Fontana.
He is survived by his daughter, Jane (Terry) Nolan, Cary, Ill.; sons, Thomas (Patti) Anderson Jr., Durham N.C., and Tim (Cathy) Anderson, Greenfield; grandchildren, Tate, Alex and Blake Nolan, Thomas C. Anderson III, and Alison and Clayton Anderson; and sisters, Earldine Copher and Kay Sorensen. Also surviving is a very special dear friend, Dottie Bruno and her family.
Funeral mass was held Jan. 14, 2013 at St. Benedict’s Catholic Church in Fontana. Memorials may be made to Hospice Foundation of Northeastern Illinois, 405 Lake Zurich Rd., Barrington, Il. 60010.
