Melvin McGaughey of East Troy was born into eternal life on Sunday, Oct. 28, 2012 at the age of 79.
Melvin loved the outdoors, especially hunting and gardening. He served our country in the United States Army.
He is survived by his loving wife, Katherine McGaughey of 57 years; loving dad of Randy (Sharon) Jones, Mark (Kimberly) McGaughey, and Ivan McGaughey; proud grandpa of Bryan, Darcie, Elizabeth (Nicholas), Erica, Michael, and Peter; great-grandpa of Alexander, Bethany, and Alyssandera.
He was preceded in death by his three sisters.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012 at 1 p.m. at the Funeral Home with the Rev. Scot Ruffatto officiating. Family will receive friends from noon until the time of service at the Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to a charity of your choice in memory of Melvin.
