The Whitewater Area Chamber of Commerce will sponsor the sixth annual Ghouls Night Out from 4 to 7 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 29 in Whitewater’s west side business district.
For $1, visitors can journey into a 13-foot tall, inflatable clown head filled with prizes such as bowling passes, coloring books, Culver’s meals and Halloween awards. The clown head will be inside of BicycleWise, 1155 W. Main St.
Other activities and offers include: a scoop of custard at Culver’s for anyone in a costume; inflatable jump houses at Winchester True Value; a scarecrow stuffing contest with Whitewater 4H members at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church; cookie-decorating at Mulberry Glen; goodie bags at U.S. Cellular and the Glenwood at Mulberry; free popcorn and hot chocoloate at Frawley’s Oil/Westsider; a treat in exchange for a non-perishable food item donation at Walgreen’s; pumpkin bowling at the Robin’s Nest; plinko at The SweetSpot Bakehouse; a firetruck (and firefighters) at Qdoba.
In addition to the events listed above, many businesses on the west side of Whitewater will be handing out candy to trick-or-treaters in costume.
