A Jefferson man was charged July 2 in Walworth County Circuit Court with delivering heroin in Whitewater.
Sean J. Mueller, 20, is charged with three counts of delivering heroin, each a Class F felony that carries maximum penalties of 12 ½ years in prison and $25,000 in fines.
According to the criminal complaint:
Police conducted controlled buys of heroin from Mueller at two East Milwaukee Street addresses on Jan. 14, 15 and 28. An informant bought a total of a half gram of heroin from Mueller during the three buys.
