Jumpin’ fun

Lakeview Elementary School held a Jump Rope for Heart event April 17 to raise money for the American Heart Association. Sierra Cook (from the left), Jeremiah Gottschall and Colton Lambert learn Chinese jump ropes. The school raised $1,500; additionally, students that raised $50 earned the right to toss water balloons at teachers while those that raised $150 or more have a chance for a ride home from school in a LaGrange fire truck.
