Chili cook-off to support Special Olympics

Do you make an incredible chili? Are you interested in helping raise funds for Special Olympics? Then the Freeze Fest Chili Cook-off might be just what you’re looking for.

Get together a group of people – your family, friends, club, group, church or business and make it a special event for a good cause.

Cash prizes will be awarded for First Place, Runner-up, People’s Choice and Best Decorated Table.

The event is Saturday February 15 at Cravath Lakefront Park in Whitewater.  Registration forms are available online at www.wwparks.org by calling (262) 473-0535 or emailing Deb Weberpal at [email protected].

The deadline for registration is Friday, Feb. 7. Share your talents, good food and help raise money for Special Olympics and Seniors in the Park.

Polar Plunge coffee/chili mugs are on sale for $10. Bring the mug to the chili cook-off for free samples of chili. To purchase a mug, stop by the Starin Park Community Building, Whitewater Municipal Building or the Discover Whitewater office.
