Students, staff, faculty to perform for good cause
The Whitewater High School Players will perform Meredith Willson’s “Miracle on 34th Street” at 7:30 p.m., Thursday through Saturday, Nov. 21-23 in the WHS auditorium.
In the musical, Kris Kringle will take on the cynics in this musical adaptation of the classic holiday film produced by 20th Century Fox Pictures. A timeless tale about a white-bearded gentleman claiming to be the real Santa Claus brings about a genuine Miracle on 34th Street, spreading a wave of love throughout New York City.
The performance – suitable for the whole family – promises to be filled with humor, spectacle and beloved songs including “Pinecones and Hollyberries,” “It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas” and “My State, My Kansas.”
