National Research Corporation announced recognition of 628 long-term care and senior living organizations with the 2012-2013 “Excellence in Action” awards. Fairhaven Senior Services of Whitewater has once again been recognized.
This honor recognizes post-acute organizations that achieve the highest levels of satisfaction excellence by scoring in the top 10 percent of qualifying facilities.
Nursing homes, in addition to assisted living and independent living communities (over 8,500 in total), must have completed a customer or workforce satisfaction survey in 2012. The Excellence in Action awards is presented exclusively to National Research clients.
