Bunny Schoen will teach a basket-making workshop on Friday, Sept. 27 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. in the Community Room of the Irvin L. Young Memorial Library, 431 W. Center St., in Whitewater.
There is a $10 fee to cover the cost of materials and will be collected at the time of registration. Participants are advised to bring a bag lunch and wear old clothes.
An example of the Old World Basket that participants will be making is currently on display at the library. Preregistration for the workshop is required.
