Making a home for the fairies

Parent volunteer Sondra Gesselle (left) helps Leah Topp and Aubri Waswo search for items, such as stones, nuts, bark and shells, for their gardens during a recent summer school class at Walworth Grade School. The fairy garden class was taught by Cathy Boldger. During the class, students were told stories about fairies and gardens, and then drew up plans and worked on their own gardens, featuring easy to care for plants, that they took home at the end of the week.
