Cool competition

Despite the subzero temperatures throughout much of the weekend, Winterfest in Lake Geneva drew a crowd, many for the 2021 U.S. National Snow Sculpting Championship. The Wisconsin 2 team, Sculptora Borealis – featuring members Joshua Jackubowki, Robert Lechtenberg and Michael Lechtenberg – work on their sculpture titled “Innoculation.” It earned first place in the championship and second in People’s Choice.
