The Dementia Friendly Community Initiative of Walworth County group is in the process of recruiting additional members and encourages anyone interested in learning more, attend next week’s meeting.
The meeting will be held Thursday, Oct. 8 from 8:30 to 10 a.m. at the A.D.R.C. building, 1910 County Road NN, Elkhorn, between the Judicial Building and Lakeland Health Care Center.
Attending the meeting in-person is an option though guests are also invited to follow along via video conference using Zoom or by phoning in.
To phone in, attendees should call 262-741-7851 and then, when prompted, enter the access code 0820316.
To attend the meeting via Zoom, go to the website at dfcwalworth.org and under “Programs” at the top, select “Services.” From there those interested can register and be sent a link to the meeting.
It’s also encouraged to visit the website a day or two prior to the meeting to view the agenda.
