The City of Elkhorn is preparing to hold meetings to inform residents of the Oakwood and Green Acres subdivisions of an agreement formed in 1985 and what it means for road improvements.

According to City Administrator Jim Heilman, the subdivisions were annexed by the City in 1985 and an agreement was signed by the City and subdivision property owners that provided sewer and water services to the subdivision, but did not require the subdivisions to build roadways to the City standard.
