Elks fans recognized

Hugh and Donna Pruess (on the right) are honored as “Fan of the Year” by the EAHS All Sports Booster Club, including representatives Stacy Jacobs (from the left) and Cindy Papenfus, at the Jan. 25 wrestling meet at Elkhorn Area High School. They were nominated by Steve Remington, who said they are at football, soccer, basketball and softball games as well as nearly every home wrestling event. Additionally, the couple is very involved with Elkhorn athletics including working the scoreboard, keeping books at games and Hugh helping on the football chain gang.
