City of Elkhorn honors local teen

Mayor Howie Reynolds (left) presents Junior Councilmember Nathan Chapman with a certificate in recognition of his time participating in the Youth in Government program at the June 5 City of Elkhorn Common Council meeting. As a part of the pilot program, launched earlier this year in Elkhorn and East Troy, Chapman regularly attended council meetings and was allowed to participate in the democratic process.
