Hands on success

      Elkhorn Area High School students Justice Smith and Ben Bulow are all smiles after finishing in first place overall in an automotive competition against eight other schools from the state in Hartford recently. The students had to take a written ASE style test, properly identify tools and perform five on-car challenges. Each student received a $10,000 scholarship to attend UTI tech school, while the school received a brand new toolbox worth $1,800 and $2,200 worth of Snap-On tools. (Submitted photo)
