Giving hearts

      Thanks to the generosity of community members, and a food and money drive by entries in the 35th Annual Christmas Card Town Parade, two loads of food and $376 in cash were donated to the Elkhorn Food Pantry recently. Shown with the items collected are: Sarah Franz, an intern with the Elkhorn Chamber of Commerce, and; Jeanne Raidl of the Elkhorn Food Pantry. Winning floats in the parade were: Lyles TV & Appliance, first place; Ice Age Trail Alliance, second place; Elkhorn 4-H Club, third place. Honorable mentions went to Lakeland Animal Shelter and Girl Scout Troop #3026. (Submitted photo)
