According to the press release from the law firm, Super Lawyer Magazine compiles lists of outstanding attorneys by conducting exhaustive and rigorous peer-review surveys, in which thousands of leading lawyers confidentially evaluate their professional peers. Being named one of the Super Lawyers means the attorney has demonstrated excellence in the practice of law, according to the release, and the honor is limited to no more than five percent of the attorneys within you state.
Maier has practiced law for more than 38 years, and together with attorney Rob Van Scoyoc continues to operate under the banner Sweet & Maier, S.C., on North Church Street in Elkhorn. The practice concentrates in real estate, environmental, business, zoning and land use, estate planning and probate law.
