Just keep walking

Jackson Elementary students and staff supported its PTA by participating in the third Annual Walk-a-Thon on Sept. 24 at the Walworth County Fairgrounds. Students collected pledges from family and friends before the event, and together, raised nearly $10,000 to benefit the Jackson PTA. The PTA will use the money raised to fund class field trips, all-school assemblies, and Family Fun Nights. Mercy Health System, The Walworth County Fair Board, Frank’s Piggly Wiggly, Blue Ribbon Freight, and Stebnitz Builders Inc., all volunteered or supported the walk in one way or another.
