Costumes on parade

The students at Doubek Elementary School in East Troy head off on the annual costume parade Thursday afternoon. The kindergartner through second-grade students bundled up against the cold and paraded down Beulah Avenue, turned right at Division and Union streets before heading back to the school on Beulah.  (Tracy Ouellette photo)
