A preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 25 for an East Troy felon allegedly found with multiple guns and drug paraphernalia.
Christopher D. Maciosek, 29, was charged March 9 in Walworth County Circuit Court with possession of a firearm by a felon, felony bail jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia.
A Walworth County sheriff’s deputy went to Maciosek’s Honey Creek Road home March 5 to locate John Maciosek. Christopher Maciosek answered the door and said John Maciosek wasn’t home, according to the complaint. While talking to Christopher Maciosek, the deputy allegedly noticed several firearms in plain view in the living room of the residence, according to the complaint.
The deputy ran a criminal history check on Christopher Maciosek and found he was convicted of a felony drug offense in 2004. The deputy searched the home and found firearms and drug paraphernalia.
