The East Troy School District will hold registration for 4-year-old and 5-year-old kindergarten, for the 2015-16 school year, on Tuesday, Feb. 24, at Leona Doubek Elementary School, 2040 Beulah Ave.
Registration will take place from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the school library. Children who turn 4 or 5 on or before Sept. 1 are eligible to attend. If a child already attends 4K at Doubek Elementary they are already enrolled for 5K.

Parents or guardians will need to bring the following items to registration: child’s birth certificate, immunization records, emergency contact information, and proof of residency.
Accepted proofs of residency include one of the following: current landline phone, electric, gas, water or cable bill, current real estate tax bill or mortgage statement, or current apartment lease or closing papers – if the home was purchased within the past 12 months.
The following items are not allowable as proofs of residency: driver’s license, checkbooks, rent receipt, insurance papers, credit card statements, cell phone bills.
