Two people were injured when three men broke into a home early Monday morning in the Town of Troy. The break in occurred in the living quarters attached to Barley’s Hop & Malt bar/restaurant, N8720 Highway N.
According to a press release form the Walworth County Sheriff’s Office, the 911 call of a home invasion came in at about 3 a.m. on Oct. 20. The caller said that three men entered their home and two of the suspects were reportedly armed.
A fight ensued in the residence, which resulted in one of the homeowners sustaining a gunshot wound to the leg. Another resident suffered facial injuries due to the physical fight, the release stated.
