The Village of East Troy is sponsoring an open house for all departments from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 5. The public is invited to attend, ask questions, get the “behind the scenes” tours and chat with employees and Village Board members. Refreshments will be served.
There will also be a dedication ceremony for the Bill Loesch Park Bench and Recognition of Service awards at 9:30 a.m. at the Village Hall North Entrance, 2015 Energy Dr.
The Administration and Parks and Recreation departments will be at the East Entrance; Police Department at the South Entrance; and the Municipal Court at the North Entrance.
The Department of Public Works and Wastewater Treatment Plant at 2104 Young St. will also be open to the public with special guest appearances from the East Troy Fire Department and the Bouncy House (donated by Martin’s Hardware & Rental).
The East Troy Lion’s Public Library, 3094 Graydon Ave. and East Troy Municipal Airport, 2085 Highway L, are open for the event.
