Grammy award-winning country group Zac Brown Band last week announced its return to Alpine Valley Music Theatre this summer.
While the jam-friendly band was last in town when it opened for Dave Matthews Band in June of 2010, this time around Zac Brown Band will be headlining the famed music venue.
The show is slated for 7 p.m. on Saturday, June 8.
Blackberry Smoke, a southern rock band, will be opening.
Tickets went on sale March 8. Prices range from $29.50 to $65, excluding fees.
Summertime favorite Dave Matthews Band will play at Alpine on Friday, July 5 and Saturday, July during an extensive summer tour featuring a number of back-to-back shows.
Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 22.
Tickets are $53 for lawn seats and $89.90 for pavilion seats (including fees).
No additional 2013 shows have been announced.
