Trick-or-treat hours will be held in the Village of East Troy, Town of East Troy and Town of Troy on Wednesday, Oct. 31 from 5 to 7:30 p.m.
First Congregational Church of East Troy, located on the corner of Clark and Union streets, will serve as a Halloween safe spot, offering families hot cocoa, candy and clean bathrooms during trick-or-treating.
