Rough morning

      A vehicle sits on its roof in the median of Interstate 43 near Highway 50 in Delavan Tuesday morning, one of numerous crashes throughout the area. Though snowfall amounts Monday night were reported to be less than 2 inches in most local areas, the wind and temperatures hovering around 0 degrees continued to hamper efforts to treat the roads, leading to icy conditions.
