Turkey to go

The Walworth-Lakeland Elks Lodge No. 2201 served 240 free Thanksgiving meals at Community Park, and Boy Scout Troop 328, Cub Scout Pack 327 and Venturing Crew 2010 and their parents delivered 365 meals to people throughout the county. The Elks went through 570 pounds of turkey, 125 pounds of ham, eight cases of yams, 100 pounds of green beans, about 85 pies, 50 dozen rolls, 13 pans of dressing, 10 pans of mashed potatoes and 35 gallons of gravy.
