The City of Delavan celebrated Cinco de Mayo May 6-8 at Phoenix Park. The event featured live music, ethnic dancers, children’s activities and even a jalapeno-eating contest with a $100 top prize. Vendors from various restaurants and churches provided Mexican food and drinks, and a large variety of items were on sale as well.
