Two 13-year-old girls were allegedly sexually assaulted by two Milwaukee men they befriended on a social networking website.
The assault occurred after the suspects – Daniel Tencle Frias, 17, and Oscar Mendoza Tencle, 18 – formed a relationship with the girls on Facebook, said Lake Geneva Police Chief Michael S. Rasmussen.
Rasmussen said his department investigated complaints Jan. 20 from the girls, who reported multiple sexual assaults by Frias and Tencle in Lake Geneva.
The assaults took place in a vacant residence in Lake Geneva after Frias and Tencle met the girls in person in late October, according to the Police Department. The Milwaukee and Brookfield police departments helped arrest Frias and Tencle, who are being held at the Walworth County Jail. Charges of second-degree sexual assault of a child and criminal trespassing have been referred to the Walworth County District Attorney’s Office.
