Donna Jean Baker, 83, of Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho, peacefully passed away on July 15, 2020. She was born on Sept. 17, 1936 in Petersburg, Ill. A private celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date. Bell Tower Funeral Home and Crematory is entrusted with arrangements.
