Ida Cruz, 63, Delavan, died on April 7, 2014, at her home. She was born on April 9, 1950 in West Laco, Texas, to Bernardo and Sofia Gonzalaz. She was employed at Bird’s Eye Foods in Darien for many years.
She is survived by her son, Andres Cruz Sr., of Delavan; two grandchildren, Jenna and Andres Jr.; one great-grandson, Hayden; two sisters, Adele and Maria; three brothers, Mac, Robert and Charlie; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were April 11 at Monroe Funeral Home in Delavan. Monroe Funeral Home is assisting the family.
