Lottie Cieslak, 93, of Delavan, died Dec. 14, 2013, at Williams Bay Care Center. She was born on Dec. 13, 1920, in Chicago, to the late Walter and Catherine (Sabaj) Urzedowski.
She is survived by her daughters, Diane (John) DeBaere, Lake Geneva, and Mary Ann (Troy) Markling, Avalon; son, Walter (Cindy), Darien; grandchildren, Walter (Jennifer), Mary (Matt) Barta, and Thomas Markling; great-grandchildren, Jessica, Alison, Madalyn and Molly; brother, Lou (Pat) Urzen.
She was further preceded in death by five sisters and five brothers.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 19, at Monroe Funeral Home, 604 E Walworth Ave., Delavan. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until service time at the funeral home on Thursday.
