James A. Jacobs, 76, died Oct. 23, 2013.
Beloved husband of Marian. Dearest father of Lori, Lynn (Dan) Church, and Lisa Jacobs-Meehan. Dearest grandfather of Lauren and Ryan. Jim will also be greatly missed by many other relatives and friends.
James was the proud owner and operator of Lake Beulah Country Club for over 50 years.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 27, at the Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral Home, 930 Main St., Mukwonago. Visitation is from 11 a.m. until the time of service.
In lieu of flowers a donation to your local humane society would be greatly appreciated.
We are so sorry to hear of the sudden loss of your father. He was quite the colorful character with lots of great stories to tell. From his football endevors, to his time away in the warmer weather. When Cindy and I would golf he would always stop and chat if he saw us ( and would toss us a few of the balls he found) Know that we are praying for you and your family in this time of grief.

And yes, our Dad was quite the colorful character, along with his favorite companion Zoey (the dog who owned the golf cart!).
