Jeffrey A. Hume, 46, of Delavan, died Oct. 9, 2013, at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center in Elkhorn. He was born Oct. 26, 1966, in Janesville, to David and Carol (Knaack) Hume.
He married Hope Ostrowski on May 11, 2011, in Delavan.
Survivors include his wife, Delavan; son, Logan, Whitewater; step-children, Kayla, Tony and Alex; sister, Amy (Randy) Barker, Delavan; half-sister, Michelle; niece and nephew; mother, Jeannie Atwell, Delavan; and father, David (Kathy), Walworth.
Services were Oct. 14 at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, Delavan, with the Rev. Robert P. Rickman officiating.
Visitation was prior to time of service Monday at the church.
Burial followed services Monday in Roselawn Memory Gardens, Lake Geneva.
Monroe Funeral Home, Delavan, assisted the family.
