Eva Jean Montsma, 81, formerly of Delavan, died Aug. 19, 2013, at Naperville Manor Care in Naperville, Ill. She was born Nov. 2, 1931, in Illinois, to the late Thurlow and Bernice (Davis) Neiswender.
She married John Montsma.
Survivors include her husband, Wheaton, Ill.; daughter, Ruth Ellen Johnson, Bonita Springs, Fla.; son, David (Valerie), Wheaton, Ill.; grandchildren, Bonnie, Colleen and Ryan; and great-granddaughter, Jacquelyn.
Funeral services were Aug. 24 at the Christian Reformed Church, Delavan.
Interment followed in Spring Grove Cemetery, Delavan. Monroe Funeral Home, Delavan, assisted the family.
