Janice E. Rumsey, 79, of Littleton, Colorado, formerly of Delavan, and Winnetka, Illinois, passed away on Oct. 8, 2022, in Libertyville, Illinois.
Celebration of life will be held in both Illinois and Colorado at a later date. Monroe Funeral Home in Delavan is assisting the family.
