Nora C. Jimenez, of Darien passed to eternal life surrounded by her loving family on Nov. 1, 2021, at Agrace Hospice in Janesville.
She was born on Jan. 20, 1957, in Carrizo Springs, Texas, to Pete and Guadalupe (Rios) Cardenas. Nora married Efrain Jimenez on May 31, 1980, in Carrizo Springs, Texas.
Nora is survived by her husband Efrain; her two favorite pooches Buddy and Bentley; brother Alberto (Olga); and sister Ida C Escamilla.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son Efrain Jr.; sister Diana Marie Torres; and brother Pedro Cardenas Jr. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, Nov. 6, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. with mass of Christian burial at 10:30 a.m. at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church in Delavan.
