Lawrence C. Haas, 84, of East Troy, passed away June 8, 2021. He was born Nov. 16, 1936, in Plain, to the late Paul and Kathryn Haas.
He married Patricia Kramer on Sept. 9, 1961.
Lawrence was employed by Atlas Iron and Wire Works in Milwaukee for 38 years.
He was a Milwaukee Brewer and Green Bay Packer fan. He also loved to travel with his wife to many different countries.
He was a member of St. Mary’s Parish in Palmyra.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Patricia; sons, Steven Haas, of Downers Grove, Illinois, and Kenneth Haas, of Menomonee Falls, and many nieces and nephews.
He was further preceded in death by an infant son, Michael; brother, Paul; and sisters Angie, Marie, Kathryn, Elizabeth and Arlene.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 15, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church of Palmyra, 919 W. Main St.
Fr. Mariadas Bekala will officiate. Visitation will take place from 9 a.m. until the time of Mass at the church.
Lawrence will be laid to rest following the mass at 4 p.m. in St. Luke’s Catholic Cemetery in Plain.
