Kimberly Rae Hofer, 48, of Dubuque, Iowa, passed away on June 30, 2019, at Mercyone Medical Center in Dubuque, Iowa.

A Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, July 11, at Monroe Funeral Home in Delavan.
