Bring your dogs and join members of the Walworth-Jefferson County Chapter of the Ice Age Trail on a hike on Saturday, June 8 at Price Park in Elkhorn.
Meet in the parking lot by 10 a.m. for a map and choose the length of trail that you want to hike. Price Park is at N6421 Hodunk Rd., Elkhorn.
The park is a 115-acre nature-based recreation area that includes Bark Park. The Bark Park is an off-leash canine play area featuring a 5-foot chain link fence with picnic tables, benches and doggy mitt receptacles.
Price Park has several hiking trails and includes a meadow area planted with wildflowers. A picnic shelter is also located near the parking lot. The trails have varying topography including rolling hills, flood lands and wetlands.
