      Frank’s Piggly Wiggly hosted its Holiday Charity Extravaganza Dec. 8 at its stores in Elkhorn and East Troy. At the event, guests purchase a Christmas plate for $3 and fill it with food; they keep the plate while proceeds go to numerous area charities.
