Margaret “Maggie” V. Wynn, 81, of Delavan, passed away peacefully Aug. 18, 2018, at her home in Delavan. She was born Sept. 16, 1936.
Margaret loved music and singing. Her favorite artist was Elvis Presley. Margaret attended VIP Services for many years starting in 1991. She cherished her time spent there and the many good friends she made there. Margaret enjoyed karaoke at VIP, volunteering immediately. She enjoyed watching television, especially Wheel of Fortune.
Margaret is survived by her loving caregiver Donna Pease, of Delavan, and her family Deneen (Gary) Sumiejski, Degarya Sumiejski and Danielle Morrow, all of Delavan; guardian Sue Beres, of Racine; previous caregiver Joyce (Ronald) Deschner; and dear friends Joan Borst and Gail Wohlfeil. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Erlene.
Margaret was truly blessed to have a team of caring people to meet her needs. The family wished a special thank you to the Pease Adult Family Group Home, Angie H. and Angie B. at VIP, Tammy G. and Sheri Y. at Community Care, and Dr. Rosol for attending to Margaret’s needs. “Your dedication and kindness touches many each day and she was blessed to have each of you in her life.”
Services were Sunday at Haase-Lockwood and Associates Funeral Homes and Crematory in Elkhorn with the Rev. Dr. Scott McLeod officiating. Private inurnment was at Delavan municipal arboretum.
