Titus Frederick, a recent graduate of Williams Bay High School, recently received the $5,000 Gamer Grind Scholarship from the partnered organizations Find Your Grind and Rekt global.
He earned the scholarship for promoting Esports, which are video game competitions, in his local community. Frederick is one of nine people around the world to receive the scholarship.
In the fall, Frederick plans to attend Rev5 Leadership Institute in Colorado Springs, CO. Upon completing leadership training, he plans to attend Madison Area College where he’ll major in park and recreation management.
