The Big Foot-Williams Bay girls soccer team landed nine players on this year’s All-Rock Valley Conference teams, according to recently released voting results.
Leading the way was a trio of first-team selections – sophomore midfielder Abby Peterson, freshman defender Olivia Peterson and senior utility player Maddie Palmer.
Joining those three are second-team picks Penny Brooks (jr., midfielder), Abby Van de Bogert (frosh., defender), Hannah Palmer (frosh., forward) and Emma Peterson (soph., goalie).
The Chiefs also had two girls voted honorable mention in senior defender Heidi Pape and freshman midfielder Maya Torrez.
Evansville’s Anna Eager was named Player of the Year.
Big Foot was 9-5 this year, including a 6-1 loss to Shorewood in a WIAA Division 3 regional final.
