Rita Joyce Schultz, 65, of Elkhorn, died Dec. 5, 2016, at Vintage on the Ponds, Delavan. She was born in Whitewater on June 8, 1951, to the late Leo and Ethel (Leastman) Schultz.
She graduated from Whitewater High School in 1969.
She worked for Max’s Drugs in Whitewater, McCulloch’s in Whitewater, and at Andes Candies for 29 years. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, playing cards, and doing landscaping.
Survivors include her sisters, Maureen Beckman, Belle Fourche, S.D., and Annette Schultz, Elkhorn; nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was further preceded in death by her sister, Lois Schultz.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 9, at the Nitardy Funeral Home, 550 N. Newcomb St., Whitewater. The Rev. Kimberly Brumm will officiate.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the Nitardy Funeral Home Chapel, 550 N. Newcomb St., Whitewater, and from 10 a.m. until the time of the services on Friday.
