Two charged with allegedly tried to sell LSD at Alpine Valley

An Illinois man is scheduled to be arraigned Sept. 6 for trying to sell LSD at Alpine Valley Music Theatre.

Dylan J. McGregor, 26, of Warrenville, Ill., was charged July 22 in Walworth County Circuit Court with possession with intent to deliver LSD.

According to the criminal complaint, an undercover offer at Alpine Valley on July 10 saw McGregor offering to sell the contents of a plastic bag, which was later found to contain 25 strips of LSD.

Woman allegedly found with LSD

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 16 for a Michigan woman charged with intending to sell LSD at Alpine Valley Music Theater.

Rivka C. Steinberg, 20, of West Bloomfield, Mich., was charged July 22 in Walworth County Circuit Court with possession with intent to deliver LSD.

Steinberg was seen trying to deliver what police believed to be marijuana at Alpine Valley Music Theatre on July 10, according to the complaint. When an officer made contact with Steinberg, she was found with a strip of LSD and two larger sheets of LSD that contained several dozen doses of LSD, according to the complaint.
