Jeremy Joseph Lopez, 24, of Delavan, died Sept. 11, 2015, at Mercy Hospital in Janesville.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Delavan United Methodist Church. Friends may call at the church from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday.
